ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.73 of 2016, dated 11.03.2016.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police had registered FIR in Crime No.73 of 2016, after completion of investigation, filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.2718 of 2019 by the concerned court.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is closed.
