Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the entire records connected with the detention order of the second respondent in No.09/Goonda/2015 dated 22.07.2015 and quash the same and direct the Respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Velavan, S/o.Muthukili @ Muthu Thevar aged about 35 years, now detained at Madurai Central Prison before this court. ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.S.RAVI,J] The petitioner is the detenu. He has been detained, as per the order of the second respondent under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act, 14 of 1982, branding him as "Goonda". Challenging the same, he has come up with this petition.

that the impugned detention order passed against the detenu has already been revoked.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the relief sought for in the petition has become infructuous and therefore, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
