This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondents .3 to 5 based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 24.06.2024. 2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week.

4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2025 within a period of one week from the date of this order, in 2/4

accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
