O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents not to put up any tower line in the petitioner's property in S.F.No.717/3 of Oorakkarai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy, District based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent brought to the notice of this Court that they have addressed a communication to the second respondent on 18.02.2026 seeking enter upon permission. So far, orders have not been passed. However, they rely upon a communication of the fourth respondent/Tahsildar addressed to the concerned police station. 2/5

Unless enter upon permission is granted by the District Collector, the first respondent cannot proceed with the work.

3. In view of the above said facts, it is clear that without getting enter upon permission from the second respondent, the first respondent is attempting to lay tower line in the private property of the writ petitioner. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the respondents not to put up any tower line in the private property of the writ petitioner without obtaining enter upon permission order from the District Collector.

4. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
