ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1 who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 8(c) r/w.20(b)(ii)(B)of NDPS Act in Crime No.99 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 1.100kgs of ganja.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner along with other accused were found in possession of 1.100kgs of ganja, which falls under the category of commercial quantity.
5. Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

6. It is seen that the total quantity of contraband recovered from the petitioner along with other accused is 1.100kgs of ganja and the petitioner is having one previous case and hence this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
7. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
