PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner regarding the above said civil dispute between the petitioner and his maternal uncle Sathyanesan.

ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police, based on the complaint given by the second respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the complaint preferred by the second respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
