ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 22.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that due to non-cooperation of the petitioner, the complaint was closed by the respondent police on 10.09.2016. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry.

5.In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent police for enquiry on 17.09.2016. On such appearance, the second respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take appropriate action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016.
