Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.125 of 1994, which is being maintained by the fourth respondent. ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet No.125 of 1994 The main grievance of the petitioner is that his representation dated 09.02.2021 has not been considered till date.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation submitted by the petitioner is pending for consideration.

3.In the circumstances, the Deputy Superintendant of Police Thanjavur District, is directed to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, keeping in mind the guidelines issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
