This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action against the respondent 4 and 5 on the basis of the representations of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2025 and 25.02.2025 and may protect the life of petitioner and his family members as guaranteed by the constitution of India.

2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is a dispute between two groups and the matter was referred to the Revenue Divisional Officer for conducting enquiry. After the completion of enquiry, the respondent police will take necessary steps based on the enquiry report of the Revenue Divisional Officer.

4.Since the enquiry is pending before the Revenue Divisional Officer and the respondent police has assured to take action based on the report of the Revenue Divisional Officer, this petition stands disposed of, by recording the aforesaid submission.
