ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent.

2. The petitioner seeks issuance of passport.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government counsel informed to the Court that the criminal case is pending against the petitioner and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.14 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil. Therefore, the petitioner will have to necessarily move the jurisdictional Criminal Court for getting permission to travel abroad.

3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
