Respondents Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents to produce the detenu Baskaran, S/o.Vaithiyalingam, aged about 22 years from the illegal custody before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging her son, namely, Baskaran, S/o.Vaithiyalingam has been illegally detained by the 2nd respondent from 21.07.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner himself submitted that subsequently, Mr.Baskaran, has been remanded to judicial custody in connection with a criminal case. The said submission is recorded.
