ORDER
According to the petitioner, the petitioner has been harassed at the hands of the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint of the de-facto complainant has been enquired and the same was closed and there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.
