ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] Alleging that the son by name Goutham would be illegaly detained, the petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. When the matter was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Mr.Goutham was arrested in Crime No. 331 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent and he has been remanded to the judicial custody on 28.07.2015 under Section 366(A)I.P.C.
