ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2017 and to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.P.Bhaskar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that enquiry was conducted and thereafter, the complaint was closed, directing the parties to measure the property with the assistance of the authorities concerned. He https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ would further submit that the parties are advised to approach the

respondents Police afresh, if necessary, in future.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
