When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner against the second respondent, a petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.52 of 2017 was conducted and both parties appeared before the police and their statements have been recorded. Both parties have undertaken not to create any trouble for each other. Hence, the petition enquiry has been closed on 08.03.2017.
