ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner seeks copies of the petition mentioned documents.

3. The second respondent is directed to intimate the charges payable by the petitioner. This shall be done by the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On payment of the charges by the petitioner, the copies of the documents shall be served on the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. No costs.
