A.CHANDRA SEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR,ADDITIONAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER,on behalf of the Respondents in all cases, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 540 days in filing the above Writ Appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and taking into consideration that the respondents have got no objection, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 540 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are allowed and the delay is condoned on payment of Rs.2500/- (Rupees Two Thousand and Five Hundred only) each to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench forthwith on receipt of a copy of this order, failing which these petitions will be dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

5.On production of receipt of such payment, the Registry is directed to number the appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission along with W.A.(MD)Nos.482 & 483 of 2025.
