Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct proper and necessary enquiry in order to find out the execution of the settlement deed vide Document No. 907 of 2010 dated 27.04.2010 in favour of Roshini (Late) who is the wife of the 5th respondent registered on the file of the 4th respondent by her grand - father Karuppaiah (Late) was based on forged patta and documents and declare that the entire transaction is a fraudulent one and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to cancel the entries made in the encumbrance certificate dated 22.02.2023 for the properties comprising in Survey Nos. 268/2, 268/3A, 268/3B, 268/3C, situated at Sirankadu Village, Kannivadi Post, Dindigul West Tluk, Dindigul District, based on the petitioner's representation in the form of appeal petition dated 27.02.2023 sent to the respondents 1 to 4, within the time frame as stipulated by this Court.
