ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2019 with regard to celebration of Chithira Pournami Festival of Arulmigu Nandhan Thidal Sri Dharma Muneeswarar Temple situated at Pottagavayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District scheduled on 19.04.2019 in a peaceful manner by allowing him to perform poojas in the capacity of Poojari.
2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father is a Hereditary Poojari in the village temple
and they are intend to conduct the village temple festival with regard to "Chithira Pournami Festival" at Arulmigu Nandhan Thidal Sri Dharma Muneeswarar Temple situated at Pottagavayal Village, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District and they are some antisocial elements to disturb the village temple festival. In this regard, the petitioner gave a complaint in C.S.R.No.53 of 2019 to the respondents on 06.04.2019. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition has been filed. He would further submit that it would suffice if a direction is issued to the third respondent to pass appropriate orders on his complaint.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that immediately after receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.04.2019, the respondent police assigned C.S.R.No.53 of 2019 and they will take appropriate action in accordance with law.
