ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C., in Crime No.188 of 2018, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The third petitioner is having a previous case on the same nature. Therefore the counsel for the petitioner withdraw the Criminal Original Petition as the third petitioner is concerned. Eventhough, the other two petitioners are having previous cases, they are not on the similar nature.
4. Taking into account, the nature of the allegations made against the petitioners, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the first and second petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners 1 and 2 are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheranmahadevi, and on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. The petitioners 1 and 2 shall comply with the conditions stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously. 5.The petitioners 1 and 2 shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand dismissed.
