This Criminal Original Petition is filed for directing the 1st and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondents.

is further stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner is put to harassment. 4.The learned Government Advocate stated that the complaint itself was enquired and closed on 22.07.2016. In the said circumstances it is stated by the learned Government Advocated that there is no harassment as no further enquiry is contemplated. 5.Recording this fact this petition is closed. No costs.
