When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the girl is traced and it is found that the girl has married one Venkatesh and and they are living happily. The major girl is also appeared before this Court and confirms the said fact.

2. In view of the above, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
