This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No. 27/2011 on the file of the first respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent. 3.Mr.Arumuganainar, Sub Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, is present before this Court.

4.When the matter came up for hearing, the Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the investigation in Crime No.27/2011 was completed and Charge Sheet was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Land Grabbing Court, Thoothukudi and on account of the stay granted by the Honourable Supreme Court, the same has not been taken on file. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
