ORDER
This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents and their officials not to interfere or harass the petitioner.
2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner was arrayed as one of the accused in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police for the offences under Sections 379 r/w 511 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and thereafter, the case was closed by the Court on 27.09.2024 for non-filing of charge sheet but the second respondent called the petitioner frequently and insist him to get anticipatory bail, otherwise will take appropriate action. Therefore, the petitioner filed this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that no any harassment made by the second respondent as alleged by the petitioner. However, the petitioner is accused in Crime No.8 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent and they filed final report as against the petitioner and others. Apart from that, they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment, recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
