Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of an enquiry. For Petitioner : Mr.V.Vishnu For Respondents 1 & 2 : Mr.A.Robinson Government Advocate (Criminal side)

ORDER

The main grievance of the petitioner is that the second respondent is interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would contend that one M.Thennarasi, w/o.Kalaimani, lodged a complaint against the present petitioner with the second respondent police and the same was registered in C.No.45/Camp/SDOM/2021 and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Manamadurai, after conducting enquiry, closed the same, since the said M.Thennarasi, did not press the petition.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner, based on the complaint, which was registered in C.No.45/Camp/SDOM/2021.
