ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No. not known of 2018, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The defacto complainant is one Raja. The case set out in the FIR is that the property in possession belongs to the defacto complainant and that the title of the the suit property has been transferred in the name of the petitioners by committing forgery and impersonation.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the details set out in the sale deed with regard to the preferred parties is also bogus.

4. Since the property has been transferred by committing forgery and impersonation, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation is absolutely warranted and no case is made out for anticipatory bail.

5. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
