Since the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2019, to the first respondent requesting to transfer him from the 3rd respondent College to the 2nd respondent College, has not been considered so far, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Considering the limited nature of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2019, on merits and in accordance with law and pass necessary orders, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
