PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.726/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.11.2022 for the offence punishable under Section 392 IPC in Crime No.726 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 12.09.2022 at about 07.15 hrs, one unknown person had snatched 6 sovereigns of gold chain from the defacto complainant and escaped from the occurrence place.

3. This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 06.02.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1441 of 2023. Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case even after dismissal of the earlier petition,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
4.Hence the petition stands dismissed.
