ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.301/2009 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai.

2. Mr.SivajiGaneshan, Sub Inspector of Police, Othakadai Police Station, Maudrai District, is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the trial in C.C.No.301/2009 has been commenced and 7 witnesses have been examined.

4. Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur, Madurai District to complete the trial in C.C.No.301/2009 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided, the petitioner cross examines the witnesses, who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
