ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted seeking direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.09.2024 for One Time Settlement.

2. The relief as sought for in the present Writ Petition is absolutely misconceived. The High Court in exercise of the powers of judicial review cannot direct the Bank to accept the One Time Settlement as sought for by the petitioner in his representation or mere direction would do no service to the cause of justice. Thus, the petitioner has to work out his remedy in the manner contemplated under law.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
