ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete his investigation and to file chargesheet in Crime No.285/2016 pending investigation with the 2nd respondent within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires six months time to complete the investigation.

4. Recording the submission made, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
