When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the investigation in Crime Nos.8 of 2017 and 9 of 2017 have been completed and two charge sheets have been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin, on 02.03.2017 (Crime No.8 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2017) and 06.03.2017 (Crime No.9 of 2017).

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that all the accused named in the two First Information Reports have not been charge-sheeted. If it is so, the respective defacto complainants will be entitled to file protest applications. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin, is directed to bear in mind this aspect and issue notice to the respective defacto complainants at the time of taking cognizance of the offence.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
