ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to trace out the petitioner's sale deed in Document No.686/1987 dated 15.07.1987 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Viralimalai or to issue a Non Traceable Certificate to him within the frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is directed to submit a xerox copy of the list of documents. On such production, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's claim, and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
