O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner is the father of one Shanmuga Priya, aged 18 years. According to the petitioner she has been found missing from 04.08.2015. Therefore he has come up with this petition.

2. Today when the matter was taken up, the detenue has been produced by the third respondent. The detenue would state that she has already married the fourth respondent on 20.03.2015 and the same has been duly registered by the Sub-Registrar, Y.Othakadai, Madurai. Now, she wants only to go with her husband. She would state that she is not illegally detained by anybody.

3. Since, there is no illegal detention, there is no scope to give any order regarding her custody. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of leaving it open for the detenue to go according to her wish.
