Respondents Prayer: Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body or person of the detenu by name Nagarajan, aged 22 years, S/o.Sankar (petitioner) before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The petitioner has come up with this petition alleging that his son aged 22 years by name Nagarajan is found missing.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint made by the petitioner, enquiry was held and it came to light that Mr.Nagarajan has eloped with a woman by name, Mariselvi and his whereabouts are not known. From the said submission, it is crystal clear that it is not a case of illegal detention warranting any order under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
