ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Today, the when the matter is taken up for hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender. Section 110 Cr.P.C proceedings is also pending against him.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings or before the concerned Competent Authority, after getting notice or summon from the Competent Authority.
