This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to harass the petitioner and her family members in the name of enquiry based on her representation, dated 04.03.2025.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that no any enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the respondents have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by her. So far no any case has been registered as against the petitioner. 2/5
3. Considering the prayer of the petitioner, this Court after recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents inclined to close this petition.
