ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Learned Counsel for petitioner submitted that already a complaint has been given and the same has been closed. Based on that the earlier anticipatory bail petition has been closed by this Court in crl.O.P(MD)No.4206 of 2016 on 10.03.2016.
It is submitted that already an agreement for sale has been made and if the defacto compliant has got any grievance, the only remedy is to approach appropriate forum including the one of specific performance. He further stated that this Court has already granted interim anticipatory bail, on 08.09.2016 and the condition there in has already been complied with.
In view of the same, interim anticipatory bail already granted is made absolute.
