ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) of I.P.C., in Crime No.13 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner earlier filed a petition for same relief and the same was dismissed. There is no change of circumstances. This Court went through the First Information Report once again, it is seen that the allegations against the petitioner are serious in nature.

4. In view of the same, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
