When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that 107 Cr.P.C., proceedings initiated by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District has culminated in final orders being passed on 21.02.2017, challenging which, the petitioners have also filed a revision in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.219 of 2017.

2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the revisional Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
