ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 409 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that a connected matter in C.M.P.(MD) No.20637 of 2025 in W.A.(MD) Sr.No.108653 of 2025 was already allowed and the delay was condoned and also the same was numberred as W.A.(MD) No.168 of 2026.

3. M/s.M.Benazir Begam, learned Counsel, accepts notice for the respondent and has no serious objection to the petition being allowed.

4. Considering the fact that the matter has been attained finality already in the above mentioned connected matter, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Hence, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
