ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed, seeking to direct the respondent to pass final order in respect of the charge memo issued against the petitioner, dated 24.05.2016 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the enquiry process was over in the charge memo issued against the petitioner, the respondent has not yet passed final order.

3. Having regarding to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to pass final orders on the enquiry conducted by them, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
