This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the case in C.C.No.141 of 2009 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil.

2. Ms.Amaravathi, Head Constable, All Women Police Station, Sankarankoil is present before this Court.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that the trial in C.C.No.141/2009 has begun and the trial Court has started examining the witnesses and the prosecution has examined 9 witnesses.
