ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents1 to 4. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the respondents 3 and 4 would carry out the petition mentioned survey within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. It is made clear that if the fifth respondent raises any dispute on a bonafide ground, the respondents 3 and 4 shall relegate the parties to move the jurisdictional Court.

4. With this clarification and direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
