Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the impugned order of the 1st respondent dated 09.01.2024 in No.19383/U4/2023 confirming the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 17.04.2023 in Muu.Mu. No.4458/E1/2022 and quash the same.
