ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by involving in a civil dispute relating to the terms of the development contract dated 04.07.2018 entered into between M/s. Vivid Solaire Energy Pvt Ltd and the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
