*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU,J] The petitioner claims to be the husband of one Renugadevi. The respondents 3 and 4 are the parents of Renugadevi. The petitioner has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition, alleging that the respondents 3 and 4 are illegally detained her.

2. Today when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the petitioner was not present and there was no representation by his counsel also. The respondents 3 and 4 are present. But, the detenue, by name, Renugadevi has been produced by the second respondent.

3. On enquiries, she would submit that she has been all along living only with respondents 3 and 4 on her own volition and she has not been illegally detained by the respondents 3 and 4. Further she submitted that she wants to continue to live with the respondents 3 and

4. The same is recorded.
