: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in C.O.C.No.55/2015 dated 05.08.2015 on the file of the second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's brother namely Mayil @ Mayilvaganan, Son of Sivashanmugapillai, Male, aged about 32 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Tiruchirappalli, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
