O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.138 of 2016 before the concerned forum, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Mr.P.Ramasubbu, Sub-Inspector of Police, Kulathoor Police Station, is present in Court today. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that if two months time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the second respondent before the concerned Court. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.138 of 2016 and file either a closure report or charge sheet, as the case may be, under due intimation to the defacto complainant, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
