Kaja Machine (Rs.5,00,000/-value) 2. Patta machine (Rs.2,50,000/-value) 3. Packa machine (Rs.2,50,000/- value) and 4. Peeda machine(Rs.2,50,000/-value) to the petitioner forthwith as no case as on date is pending as against the petitioner and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 to instruct the third respondent for not harassing him without any case being registered.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to return back the Garment machineries and not to harass the petitioner.

2.Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the official respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police submits that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 26.07.2018. The same is recorded.

4.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
